Creationists That Look Like Apes: Michael Behe

  1. This is awesome.

I'm sad to say that Michael Behe and Dinesh D'Souza spoke at my school last year, though they are great speakers and notable minds.

  3. I've read two of Dr. Behe's books, and I am curious as to what he has said or written to deserve this kind of ad-hominem treatment. It is somewhat ironic that the best you seem to be able to come up with are insults rather than actual arguments.

  4. Anon: Personal attacks are easier than addressing, intelligently, rationally, arguments with facts and evidence... What Behe has done is challenge orthodoxy, an orthodoxy where much of the evidence for it's claims are but "proof by confident assertion". They hate him because he exposes the nature of that hegenomy... (Danial Amos "Wise Acres")

  5. What a well presented, appropriately nuanced argument against Michael Behe's observations of the scientific evidence for design in nature.

Congratulations. You've represented materialists everywhere with amazing consistency.

  6. Word, Anonymous. Too bad rationality is so darn reasonable, ad hominim attacks really require no answer whatsoever. I just wish more people to stop substituting enthusiastic contempt for scientific evidence and start waking up to the sheer fantastic f-ing mystery we are all living in...

  7. Behe is not a creationists. He accepts evolution.

  8. Behe is an IDiot. Its the same thing as a creationist, only with a thin veneer of more lies coated over it in an attempt to come across as scientific.
